Financial Automation on a schedule, on the record.

Scheduled jobs that reconcile, snapshot and retry, every run logged.

Simulated scheduled jobs: the risk sweep, house exposure snapshot, nightly anomaly scan, daily reconciliation, wallet snapshot, FX rates and webhook retries. Each run is numbered and audit-logged.

Jobs we build, each run on the record.

Daily reconciliation

Balances checked against the ledger daily; drift and orphan records flagged.

Simulated daily reconciliation, run 298: balance, commission and IB commission reconciliations match, and two orphan records are flagged for review.

Snapshots and scans

House exposure hourly, anomaly scan nightly, each figure with a dated source.

Simulated schedule: house exposure snapshots hourly, wallet balances daily, the anomaly scan nightly and FX rates daily, each with its last run.

Numbered, logged runs

Every run gets a number and an audit line, failed runs included.

Simulated run history: the risk sweep, exposure snapshot and anomaly scan ran OK; one reconciliation run failed and the next one passed.

Questions about automation.

Is the month close automatic?

No. Jobs prepare reconciliations, snapshots and rates. Closing a period is done by a person on your finance team.

Do the jobs run in real time?

No. They run hourly, nightly, daily or as scheduled sweeps, and we label each one that way.

What happens when a job fails?

The failure is logged against its run number. Jobs that support retries, such as webhook deliveries, try again with backoff.
